Homeless beating case still wide open

Police are still hoping to find a witness to a vicious beating of a homeless man.

Chief Rick Hanson says there is someone in the city who has the information needed to solve the case and he wants that person to come forward.

He's urging anyone with information to call police at 266-1234 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

As police continue to investigate, Calgarians continue to come forward with offers of help.

This is an invitation to homeless and poverty activist in Canada nation capital to attend the founding meeting of the National Coalition Against Poverty Ottawa chapter on Tuesday March 25th between 3-5.30PM.
