My life has been with the streets. I've been homeless for some summers, when I have a place I don't seem to treat myself the way that I think that I should and that bothers me.

Near a month ago a friend of mine dissapeared. I got him into my building at #17-507 Main street here in Vancouver. He got a job working for Pac Man Movers.

I'm glad to see the topic of education is finally up on the blog list.
I am organizing a project about higher education for street involved people of all ages and backgrounds. What I need is some willing street involved peoples opinions on the subject of trying to acieve higher education and the struggles that need to be overcome. I would also like to have non-street involved opinions and see what can be done to educate poor people for either free or a small fee via outreach college teachers.

Why hasn't the blog topic 'EDUCATION' been added?
When i think of a great addition to the homelessnation.org site i want the freedom to add it to the site myself.
In order to avoid ideas that jerks and losers try to add, there should be a screening program to screen out those counter-productive ideas.

I am stuck in an s.r.o.(single room occupancy), in other words, a hotel. It's full of rats, mice, cockroaches, bedbugs, the two legged variety of bugs, drugs and bullshit. The only way to get out of downtown is to get together a couple of relyable friends and rent an apartment or a section of a house together. The influences downtown here are all negative and i need positive influences to help me achieve my goals. I don't want to live in a place where the people are in a constant state of negativity (ie: drugs, fighting, thievery, false and real accusations, arguments, rip-offs, death, etc.).

The more people who want "EDUCATION" as a Topic for Discussion the faster "EDUCATION" will be added.

For those people who are getting bored of life, "EDUCATION" is a great time filler and it also gives people something to look forward to other than drugs. "EDUCATION" also opens up one's mind to other possibilities in life like (Ben's Goal) making Video Games.
