I'm having a serious problem with where I live regarding being able to sleep. The person who lives above me comes home approximately between 1:30 and 3:30am, and makes tons of noise,,, wakes me up from a nice sleep every morning. I have told the ladlord about it 3 times,,, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. I have a very hard time getting back to sleep after he finally shuts up around 4:30 - 5am,,, and I wake up at 8:30am. I only get 2 or 3 hours of sleep per night because of this,,, and it's not healthy for me at all. What can I do??? PLEASE HELP!!!
