hi everyone I am in edmonton to show some of the films i made and to explain the homlessn nation project and see if I can find people who want to help us introduce the nation here and farther north.

Go investigate Tent City behind the Bissel Centre in downtown. 200 people live there, they just built a fence around it, and want to shut it down by the end of August.
It's getting bad press from the Edmonton Journal which sent 2 journalists -- hidden in a tent -- to report on it.
Go to the Bissel Centre, the Mustard Seed, The Herb Jamison (men) and Hope Mission (women), The Salvation Army, The Lighthouse, all in downtown. On Whyte Ave, there is the Youth Emergency Shelter (Mill Creek bridge), B's Dinar, and the Youth Drop-In (Old Stathcona). On the west end there is a drop-in on I guess 152 St?
