Judge To Give Ruling On Anti-tent Bylaw
Judge To Give Ruling On Anti-tent Bylaw
-
Just got an email from the lawyers-
"Hi all,
We just got a call from the Court. The Reasons for Judgment in the case will be released to us at 10:30 a. m. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH. Cathie and I will be at the office to receive the decision by email."
Get your gear ready and meditate on patience. However much bullcrap comes with it, there will be a tent-city and it will be as easy as making a practice of thinking the word 'patience' often. Their office is up just passed Cook on Fort. Other than that, people could meet at the courthouse lawn at noonish. MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY
See you all soon.
This is THE call. Get ready and spread the news.

This is good news, having a place to live is still a privelage and not a right as many of us know. Tent city opens so-called public land for those to exercise that most basic right. A viable solution and who knows what will evolve from it. I have hope that together we can heal and live.
