Before the government can change - be healthier - we, as people, have to change. People need to think about others, and not just themselves. People need to understand that their actions have reactions and consequences. People need to care. Governments change with the times, with the people... it is a reflection of us. It's an ugly mirror that we peer into... people need to open their eyes and see that.
