Substandard housing is no fun and games circus and I don't much appreciate the way homeless life and law enforcement has been represented with the circus being put on with the city .
I expect a comment from law enforcement on this topic , " Please describe a situation in your life where authority services were needed but were not available . " .
Do any law enforcement officers have a situation that they can describe which resembles what people who exist in substandard housing have to go through ?
