For rescue they say well it looks like some earth mover
It got gun ports! and armour! I suppose for the injured
When it drives over demonstrators I hope they're insured
In the Olympic bid they promised Quarter Billion for housing
It's been spent in Point Grey on caviar scotch and de-lousing
Well here in Victoria there's a boom in Hotels and condos
Expect the homeless here to eat their nuts and quiet with the Bongos
The little protest poetry here has been pushed to the edge
