The City of Victoria is taking John Doe 1-50 & Jane Doe 1-50 to court starting Tuesday September 4, 2007 on charges that include camping. Lawyers defending against these charges will be heard by the BC Supreme Court Judge regarding a challenge on constitutional grounds. This case will likely take more than a week and could set presidence for city bylaws accross Canada.
