An old guy at the Mission use to say that the Mission we were on, was an impossible one.

He was right! You never win the fight if you can’t leave home! Ask any soldier.
A lot of homeless are indeed desperados. But not all of them. Some became homeless when they left home. Homelessness was only a stage in our lives, a learning process!

And, the beat goes on.

Oh and for desperados… Same old story, it starts by getting in trouble with the land lord.
What did you do with the rent money? Can’t say you spent it on drugs and alcohol…
And 9 out of 10 cases, that where the street begins. And the party never ends.
