street mom

i was just in kimberly b.c. were street mom lives now i spent a week out with her she's doing awsome she has lost 50 pounds and is walking with help from a walker her healthy is a lot better she going 2 the pool every day for 3 hours she is on facebook her name is ellen shansta she would love to hear from any of her kids as she miss every one and is really sad she had to retier from the cart but do to her health she had to. She has her family out there to help her do stuff and has not slowed down she now volanteers helping out older people there and she will be in vancouver in augest i'm not sure of the date yet i'll post it when i find out
so great to hear she is doing well. i cant think of a kinder, more caring individual. ellen gave to everyone, she cared for everyone and she did it with respect, love. with no age limits and no judgment. a woman who looked out for those on the street and did it with no government funding, just a little in donations. she, to me is a hero and an example of what is possible when people care for one another.
Although i don't know street Mom,she sounds like a true Angel here on Earth...also happy to read that she is doing well in my HOme town...which is great place to be for the spirit and peace of mind..Respect and warm wishes out to Her_Ellen Shansta.!!!

I miss Mom very much and the last time I saw her was at our dear friend Danny's memorial.She wasn't doing so well so great to hear she is doing better.An angel indeed.Without a doubt her food and vitamins are what kept me alive through the bad years.She helped me through many bad trips as well.
The saddest thing I ever knew was how many times people would rob her after all the help she would give to them.It was so heartless but she would help them even after that.I can only dream to be slightly as forgiving as she is.
I will facebook her for sure and please do the same if she ever touched your life.I can only imagine how many people will be on her list!!
