The new National Library of Quebec has instituted a policy of giving library cards only to those with 2 pieces of valid ID containing a Quebec residence. This new policy excludes thousands of homeless individuals from Quebec's largest free access point for the Internet and Information Technology. The Montreal Homeless Nation team will be at Pops every monday and wednesday through the month of january to recruit new users and make a few videos so those who are interested should come see us there. This wednesday will be a special workshop on the homeless vote with Eric Roach Denis Candidate for the federal elections in outremont.
