It's snowing pretty Hard

It's snowed about 2 feet so far in Montreal, and it hasn't let up yet. The city looks to be pretty quiet. I think everyone's hiding out. I hope everyone's found a good place to hide out during this storm.

On a day like today, I wish events like Etat Urgence (ATSA) in Berri Square could be set up all winter. On a day like today, a tent and some hot food could save lives.

How can we make it happen? Any ideas?

I think we should set places as free spaces most people who live outside are equipped for the temperatures. There should be places that are "autogéré" by and for the people living on the street where they could set up something along the lines of the "tent city" they made in Toronto.

Yeah I got an idea!!! Lets raid City Hall and Squat it. Lets force the municipal authorities to acknowledge (??? is it how you write it) the crisis and force them to open a ALL WINTER SHELTER!!!! It is possible and it is Christmas time where those people care about the poor (at least they do once a year) and that might tip the scale in our favor!
