thanks for the get away suggestions. i think it is really useful to think about taking a break from the 'show' sometimes just getting away from the scene for a few hours, being in nature can give you a moment to breath, and a moment to think without all the distractions that surround the streets. thanks for reminding me of the importance of taking a break.

It's true, BC is a place of wonder if you only step a little further then usual... I lived on the Island for a long time and there is always places close by where I would go to meditate and take a brake from the "show" like someone had mentioned so elegently... take a brake brothers and sisters take a break....
