Also, I am curious about the law you are speaking of. Where is this law in effect, and is it chattel goods, or are they stopping you even from carrying a bag?

Yep this is th very law that you are referring too. There are not alot of people who even know that there is more then one name for the backpack law. Yes I agree with you about the ager stuff; which is why I do my best not to get angry or to show it in anyway because I don't alot of enger to spare and I refuse to hand over any of my power to anyone that Iprecieve as the oppressor.
Can someone please EXPLAIN what this law says? We're not all in Victoria...
the cops don't let ppl squeegee anymore. i don't know how old that law is but i don't like it. in winnipeg i squeegeed for food.alot of the squeegee kids get a warning than they go to jail. they're not really hurting anyone so what's the point?
