peace park long version( Place La paix)

Condos have been popping up all around Place La Paix, which has condo owners worried considering the square is a hot spot for drugs ,loitering, etc. The city spent about $100,000 last year trying to give " La Place" a different vibe during weekends over the summer. The idea was to attract people other than the usual habitants. I'm not sure it was 100 gran well speant, put it did create for a surreal scene.
