Vancouver and friends
I just came back from Vancouver and I was glad to see some friends who are just struggling to survive and I was shocked to hear that they are offering these people free transportation out of the city.And it is all because of the 2010 olympics. I hope that the city of Vancouver will come to help those that need it not just a quck fix to satisfy their greedy needs.Do you think it is okay to remove someone from there community just to make money for yourself.What if they said we want to remove you from your home where you pay rent.Their solution to remove the people from Vancouver sounds like they don't want to deal with the problem themselves.I hope that the people of the Downtown East Side are not removed from their homes and that the city will find a better solution or take responsibility without removing people
this is the kind of thing that happens i did pay rent and now i dont have a place but thats for another reason and my own stupiditty but shit happens and i cant help it but i do agree i dont think people should be moved because of the government and the stupid decisions they make for the people

This is true what we are facing is one group of people who want to make decisions for us and another group trying to enforce it.
They want to do what they did in China they want to say that there are no problems of homelessness,drug addiction or poor people to start a war on their precious olympics which are only for two weeks which they feel is worth saying to someone that you cannot come to our city if you embrace things that are not olympic material.these are the people of Vancouver who say that we want tourism only if you have enopugh money to support our greedy tax man.I feel that it is time to stand up and fight for the people of the east side and anywhere else these problems exist.
