Man set on Fire

Why oh why does this keep happening?
I caught this fellow doing a TV interview the shock and pain was still clearly etched on his face.
Horrid behaviour to another human being. Now these multiple stabbing's in Vancouver. What kind of madness is this?

Investigation Reveals Homeless Man Set on Fire Deliberately

CALGARY/AM770CHQR - A Calgary homeless man remains at Foothills Hospital in the burn ward, more than two weeks after being set on fire while sleeping in an alley.
The crime happened August 27th behind the Bedroom Outfitters warehouse on Centre Street south.
At the time, police and fire crews weren't sure what led to the blaze, but now Lieutenant Al Wenzlawe tells CHQR News, investigators are certain someone set the man on fire deliberately.
"We ruled out any other causes. Even a cigarette wouldn't have done that."

The man suffered first and second degree burns, mainly to his leg.
The Joint Forces Arson Unit is appealling to the public for tips in the case.
