Update from Kandahar

I recently recieved another email from mine friend who is stuck in the war.

small simple message.

"No new holes yet. I can't wait to get out of this shitty place."

I can't imagine the pain he feels or even what thoughts might be going through his mind. As bad as it may be for him it is so much worse for the people who were born and raised in the area. What can life really be like. We are so lucky and we don't even realize it.
