Did you find out why she was arrested? This reminds me so much of the Victoria cops-sickening

she was arrested because she panhandles on the corner: technically it's called 'ayant été présent sur la voie publique ' or something... Except they didn't read her her rights, they didn't identify themselves, and they certainly didn't justify their arrest. You're right this shit goes on all the time, every day all over the city and all over the country.

Power is given only to those who dare to lower themselves and pick it up.
