Homeless Man Attacked
Kelowna, B.C. –
A homeless man living in Kelowna was attacked without provocation by a group of youths on Friday night. The assault occurred around midnight in Centennial Park.
The victim, before reporting the incident to police, sought treatment at the Kelowna General Hospital where he received several stitches for deep lacerations. His face was also heavily bruised and swollen.
The gang of teenagers included at least 2 females and about 4 or 5 males.
