- Maple Ridge, B.C. - Ridge Meadows RCMP are requesting the public's
assistance in locating a 30 year old Maple Ridge woman. Monique Lampron has not been heard from since 11:30 p.m. on Monday May 12, 2008, when she was leaving a residence in Surrey, B.C.
Monique is described as being a white female, 5'4" (163 cm) tall,
weighing.120 lbs.(54 kgs.)(slim build), long blonde hair, with brown eyes, and a fair complexion.
She was last seen wearing a white shirt with 'who needs boobs' on the front, and 'with an ass like this' on the back; greenish blue spandex tights; white running shoes. She was driving a 1993 Ford Probe
hatchback, black in color, with British Columbia licence plate# 190 EPV.
It is unknown where Monique has gone. Police are concerned for her well being, and request anyone with any information to contact Ridge Meadows RCMP at PH# 604 463-6251.

Missing Maple Ridge woman found
Rescue crews have recovered the body of a 73-year-old Maple Ridge, B.C.,woman who was missing and police say foul play is not suspected.
Seung Lee, who had Alzheimer's disease, went missing after she left her home to go for a walk around 2 p.m. Tuesday, Ridge Meadows RCMP said Thursday.
Lee's body was found around 12:30 p.m. Thursday in a mountainous area north of Rock Ridge in Maple Ridge, Cpl. Ryan Schlecker said.
"Although this is not a happy ending, we would sincerely like to extend our thanks to the many men and women who assisted in the search for Ms. Lee," Schlecker said.
RCMP said they believe she succumbed to injuries from a fall. Earlier, searchers found some of her belongings, including her backpack, purse and hat.
The B.C. Coroners Service will conduct an autopsy.
